Keen is owned by Ingenio, LLC, the same company behind related products like Simple Habit Sleep a meditation and sleep improvement app and Keen Advisor, an app designed specifically for consultants.

Keen Interface

Upon logging into the app, users are greeted by a main screen with a clean, minimalist design in light tones with green accents. At the top, there’s a special offer (5 minutes for $1) followed by a banner recommending users to find an advisor. Below that is the "My Favorite Advisors" section, and two main buttons: "Explore Categories" and "Get Matched." Farther down, users see a curated list of specialists by topic, displaying the advisor’s name, rating, number of sessions, a short description, and buttons for chat or call.

Registration

The user lands on a welcome screen with branded visuals—the logo and a brief list of areas where help is available: relationships, life situations, and more. Then the registration process begins in the form of a short questionnaire that helps the system match you with the most suitable advisor.

Steps of the registration:

You can either enter your birth date (via the Add Your Birthdate button) or manually select your sign from the list below. My Account Section

• The Balance and History block shows your current funds, access to top up your account, transaction history, and bonus program.
• Next comes the Communication section: notifications, the Ping feature for instant requests, a section for offers, feedback, a list of scheduled sessions, and message history. You also get access to chats from past sessions.

Our Opinion

The Keen app is, first and foremost, a platform for consultations with experts in esotericism, psychology, and spiritual practices. It offers users basic functionality: sections for finding specialists by topic, the ability to contact them, read reviews, and free access to horoscopes.

The interface is extremely simple, with intuitive navigation and minimalist design everything is structured by section. This can be a plus for ease of use without excessive visual clutter.

However, this takes away interactivity: there’s no blog, no scenarios, no case studies, card of the day, or natal chart.

As for free content: only basic-format horoscopes. The rest of the features are paid, which makes the app limited if you don’t plan to pay for consultations. Nevertheless, for its purpose finding support from an expert and getting a zodiac forecast Keen delivers. It’s suitable for those looking for a live dialogue with a professional, rather than self-analysis through other tools.
